Charged for an Iphone 12 I never received

over 12 months ago I thought I had lost my phone (iphone 15)and arranged to have an Iphone 12 sent out. Before receiving it I was fortunate to have my phone returned to me so rang Sky to let them know. They told me to just refuse delivery of the new phone from the delivery company and it would be returned to sender and removed from my account. I did this and have the tracking to show this however after numerous calls and promises of calls back I am still being charged for it. Does anyone know how i can contact Sky in writing so there is some kind of audit trail as their contact centre just seem to fob me off. Thanks ( i have nw paid over £200 towards this phone i dont have)
