Charged for 2 phones

I have been charged for 2 phones on my bill and my data and calls are not working at all

Hi @Deele  have you recently carried out a swap ? If so you will be charged for both until sky have received and checked the swapped phone, usually 2-3 weeks. Any overpayment would be refunded. If it's an extra phone on your account that you didn't order then call sky on 150 so an investigation can be launched.
