I have changed my phone from a Samsung S20 to a Samsung S24 not with Sky. My mobile account details still show the S20 the new phone works ok when I put in my old sim as I kept the same number, but when I try to roll mobile data it is showing the old phone S20 & is not rolling mobile data to the new phone.

Hi @CB1711 if the new phone is not from sky it won't show on your account. Data is rolled to the sim though not the phone so as long as you are using a sky sim you should be able to roll data to it.

Hi @CB1711 if the new phone is not from sky it won't show on your account. Data is rolled to the sim though not the phone so as long as you are using a sky sim you should be able to roll data to it.

My account still has old number ending 260. i cant access my account as access code goes to that no. which i no longer have. I need sky to update my details so I can access old emails. One being of significant importance.

The data you roll goes to the sim itself, so when you ordered this new phone did you also create a new Sky account and ID ?
