Changing data plans problem

I changed mine and husbands plans from 12gb to 15gb we was paying £12 for 12gb and it was giving me an offer for 15gb £11.20 a discount from £14.00 so I changed it. When I go to my bill it's not showing can someone explain why

Did you change your mix or order new SIMs?  (Offers are often only for additional SIMs)

The Sky mobile tariff changed on Wednesday 5th June and £14 is now the standard price for 15GB, so where and when did you see this offer you took?
