Changing account holder

Hi currently have a mobile phone contract in my ex girlfriends name. She has stopped paying her bill and thus I have been cut off. How can I change the sim contract and phone contracts to an account in my name so I don't get cut off again.

Her total bill a month is 91 pounds for 2 phones, an i pad, a sim and air pods. Only 50 is mine but if she doesn't pay hers, my sim gets cut off.

The account holder can not be changed so if she isn't paying the bill then Sky will chase her for the money so all you can do is to order a phone/sim in your name.
