Yes. You are right. We also have had ni issue with Honor phones before so it has put me off having another.

You have given me a bit of hope that even if they just send it back as it was it may be sorted as  yours is.

Thanks to everyone who has replied on this. You have helped a lot

Mine has been working for about 3 weeks now, bar 2 calls that came through as unknown on Friday, don't know what changed on mine, thought it was possibly an update.

@Dawn126

You are right.... Mine is the same.. Only get caller ID in 3G mode... Anything higher and it's Unknown Caller.

Surly Sky and Honor and work with this

Regards

Re: Changed phones this morning, now all my incoming calls are showing up as unknown number

Hi All

Just thought i would share an update. Well after a couple of months of tooing anf frowing with Honor we got phoen repaired under warranty. This was a new board apparently. Anyway we got phone back and we have same problem. Only thing now is if i try my Vodaphone work sim in the phone it works perfectly. So it has shown that this issue is a Sky network issue and not a phone issue. Have been back on to Sky again today and they basically told me that if its not Samsung or IPhone they hadnt got a clue what to do. I have now made official complaint that not all handests are compatible with 4g calling on Sky and this is not mentioned anywhere when taking out mobile contracts.

Will see how this goes.
