Changed phone this morning, same brand just newer version than my previous phone. Now all my incoming calls are showing up as unknown number.

Hello... Did this get sorted? I have the same issue with my Honor 200... Swapped phone couple of weeks back and still getting unknown number for all incoming calls.
Tried
Show Number as - Show and Network Default
Cleanded SIM and popped in SIM 2 socket
Reset network connections
Had a replacements sim.
And i still have the same issue 😞

Hi, no I've tried all the same things you mentioned and still the same, raised it with Honor Tech support and have got nowhere.

Hi did you get your issue solved having the same problem with my Honor 200

No, unfortunately not, think it's a handset issue, Honor Tech support useless

Iam also having this same issue. Spoke to sky and they said they would look in to it but never got back to me. Incoming numbers show correctly if network is moved down to 3g or 2g but not if you select the higher options. Not sure if that means its netork or phone issue

That's interesting, never noticed that before, incoming number has shown up on a few random occasions

Yeah Honor useless sent phone back including replacement they sent. Sky support not much better. Only got incoming caller ID when I changed the APN to "sky. Ie" settings, as soon as I received the call the APN setting was automatically deleted and it would not allow me to save that setting again🤔

I had this issue and have finally sorted it I think. I went through all the settings etc. Countless forums videos and was in the process of contacting Sky to see if it was a network issue. I knew that HONOR 200 is a dual sim phone and finally realised that the sim holder is dual sided. Inserted sim on other side and bingo my caller I'd comes up every time. I have changed contacts in settings previously but never knew about the dual sided holder. Try it, it worked for me. I was on the point of returning the phone to Argos.

Hi
This is good to know, but I think Honor must've some kind of patch update, as it started working last weekend and has been working fine since 😊👍

Nice one. Glad you got this issue sorted. We tried all the above and what you suggest but had no joy. Now we have another problem this time with Honor support. Sent phone back and they managed to replicate the fault. Great you might think. Sadly notbing with Honor is that simple. They now say there is a tiny chip ojt the corner of the sim card holder which makes the whole phones warranty void. Now want 250 pound for new main board.
Safe to say we are still in discussions.

**bleep**, that's not good, robbing bar stewards 👎😢😡.
I must admit I am slightly disappointed with this whole issue, as between myself and my wife, we have had probably 10 Honor phones between us with no issues up until now 🤔
