Today I changed the date of my bill from the 24th of each month to the 14 of each month but when I've gone onto it says the 11th could you please help

Find out moreOur bills are created 14 days in advance so your date change will not start until your next bill has been paid which should be on the 24th of this month so it might be worth keeping an eye on it as are what it says on the 25th or if you prefer you could call Sky on the free 150 number for clarification.
