Change over not going as planned

Hi, I have  moved from BT mobile to sky. This is with 2 iphone 15s

New sim cards put in, transfer of numbers been done today. We can't receive call now, but can call out.

Also the syncing of imessages isn't working

Any help much apprecaited

Has Sky told you that the number transfers have been completed ?
