Change of address
Hi can anyone tell me how long it usually takes to change address on a sky mobile account? I have rang the past 3 days to change and they advised me it would change and it still hasn't. I'm trying to upgrade my phone but can't as it's still got my old address attached to the account.
my house is a new build roughly been built possibly 2 years ago max so wasn't sure if that was the issue. Thanks!

What might be worth doing is when you call them again about this is to also get them to place the order for you at the same time as your address change should have updated by now I would have thought.

Thanks for the reply, I did ask them on the phone but they said they couldn't do the upgrade over the phone until it changed on their system as it's still not changed on their end either even though they said it would be done😢

Have just been on the phone to them again and was told it's had to be sent to another department as it wouldn't let them change my address at all and could take up to 4 days to be resolved and can't upgrade at all due to this

You would have thought that this is a straight forward process so as it isn't and if it hasn't updated after these extra 4 days then you might want to register a complaint:

Yeah I also thought it would be straight forward but apparently not! I think I definitely will put in a complaint if it takes longer as it's already been 3 days
