Change of address

I have recently changed address and now I'm unable to add another phone line but could do this before changing my address. Can anyone give me any advice on this please?

You will need to call Sky to change your address. Just dial 150 from a Sky sim.

I've already changed my address but now it's saying I can't add another line on my sky mobile.
