Despite calling 150 the operative was not able to help me change my address. There is no facility to do it online like there is with EE so what do we do? Thanks!

The operative said they 'just couldn't do it' so yes, I suppose I'll have to call back in 24 hours. Seems daft to wait in a queue on the phone when other companies let you do it online.
