Change of address

Been looking at how I change the address on my account (trying to order a new phone but have an old account with old house address). Unable to do this on my account page. All answers appear to say I need to post here to ask someone to escalate it? Seems archaic but here I am. What's next?

@MikeHyam  You need to call Sky directly, we can no longer escalate these types of issues

if the previous account is older than 12 months it will have been closed automatically and you will need to sign up as a new customer

Re: Change of address

@Sky Thank you. What is the correct number for the UK to resolve this please? Another mystery I'm struggling to solve.

@MikeHyam
You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

https://www.sky.com/help/home#M1014

or if you have sky mobile/talk call 150
