Change of address

Hello, I'm just wondering if there's a way I can change my Sky mobile address without having to call them? Thank you

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later today. 

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

I need help with this too please!! I need to change my address so I can change my phone and add a new one. I can't see how I get help and it's very frustrating

Can you confirm if the only service you have from Sky is Sky Mobile because if so we can arrange some help for you via here.

@caesarome @Yes it's my only service. I used to have broadband and sky tv but that was cancelled months ago

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

what is the best number to call on to get straight through and get the address changed?

150 from your current Sky mobile. You will still find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
