Change my existing sky mobile contract phone number (ver 12 months)
Get a new sky contract mobile phone number, due to domestic violence, been with sky mobile for over 12 months plus

If you have had your current number for more than 12 months just order a new sim when logged into your account (don't accidentally order a replacement). It will come with a new (but almost certainly recycled) number. When its activated call Sky on 150 to cancel the old number.
Otherwise Sky won't change it unless you're receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and you have a police reference number.
