Change my device on my sky

I recently bought the Samsung S24 ultra directly from Samsung and I want to update my device details from my old phone to my new one on my sky devices , but I can't find anyway of doing this anywhere . Any help would be much appreciated

Hi @Ragnar007  if you bought it from Samsung direct you can't add it to your sky devices list, it must be purchased direct from sky to be added to your account.
