Change my Sky mobile number I have a PAC

I have a number from Sky mobile. I have just received a PAC from my old supplier who has instantly closed my account. I need to install my old number with Sky urgently.

Hi @TarkaGG  if your account has been closed then in all likelihood that number will be gone. You should request your PAC then use it then once your number has transferred the account should be closed automatically. Sounds like you have told them to close the account before you used the PAC.
