Change payment method website is not working 22 Feb 2024 , so it is not possible to change payment details for my monthly direct debit, could you fix the website please?

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.

We're other customers here - we can't do that...
What error are you getting? Usual advice is to clear cookies and/or try a different browser.

Thanks for responses, it is happening on both the Mobile App and the Desktop App. The website needs fixed by Sky.
