Cant roll data from app

Cant Roll data from app keeps sending error message been going on for 3 months now. Uninstall app and reinstall it but same thing have 3 sims for account but same message for each off them

You will need to call Sky on 150 so they can roll the data for you and can investigate why that error message is on your account. When calling say no when asked about going online or about a text message.

All ready done that they say they look into it and they report it to higher level then cause they are able to roll data from there side they say it's been sorted but hasn't.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

You were sent the chat bubble at 11.37 this morning so as per my previous post you can use that to chat to the messaging team.
