Cant recieve phone calls, says my number doesnt exist

For about a week my phone cannot make or recieve phone calls, anytime someone tries to ring me it says my number doesnt exist, if i try to ring someone i get the same message, my sim card is reconised on the phone but my network satus cycles between connected and disconnected every 2 or 3 seconds
