Hi,
I have been unable to receive calls and messages for the last 6 days. I have only been able to receive calls from other sky numbers.
I was as advised to change to an ESim which didn't work.
After visiting the sky store and going through another 3 physical other sims the problem still remains. After reading it may be my phone I decided to buy a brand new phone and still this hasn't resolved the issues.
i decided to try port my number to another network. The pac code provided by sky doesn't work and it can not be cancelled and a new one issued. Sky are now saying the port has been successful however my new provider (three) are saying that that's not the case.
i can't get a new pac code and no one seems to know what's happened to my number.
Please has anyone experienced this and can help?

You can't switch numbers without a pac code so im not sure it will matter wether I switch to ee or someone else.
I'm wondering if anyone has experienced problems with a pac codes before and had this resolved or is this an indication that my number has been lost?

It is more likely to be an issue with the sim or the number so if the number is lost then you with have to get another one via EE.
