Cant manage / access sky mobile account

Hi 

when trying to manage my  sky mobile account, it just takes me to the phones homepage. 

frustrating as can't check piggy bank or check about upgrades

You might have already done this so have you linked your mobile account to your Sky ID as per this:

Yeah, when i go in and attempt to link, says my account / sim is linked already

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

I'm trying to manage my account and use the sky piggy bank but it keeps taking me to the phones page to set up a new contract
