Cant make or recieve calls

I cant  make or receive calls, when I try to make calls it says conditional call forwarding on

Hi @Steph1808  what phone do you have ? If it's an iPhone go to settings, apps, phone, call forward and make sure it's turned off, there may be something similar if you have an android. Also try turning voicemail so messages can't be left, 

On your phone:

1. Dial 759.
2. Press 3.
3. Press 5.
4. Press 1.
