My partner switched to sky 2 months ago and she hasnt been able to make calls or recieve calls same with texts, and data doesnt work either! She had spoken to people on the phone so many times now and nothing has been done about it! Shes been taken through all troubleshooting and nothing has worked, she has been told now that there is a fault on her account but that was now 3 weeks ago! What can be done? Were both thinking about leaving sky because of this.
