Cant make any calls i am in turkey

I m in istanbul since saturday and i have recieved a welcome text . I can use internet , recieving direct calls but cant make any direct calls. Also for that i camt get intouch with sky customer care service. We are using 3 sims here in family and all from sky. So same problem with all

Are you trying to call UK or local numbers?

Can't phone the uk from Turkey,  roaming on, can text and receive calls, calls not connecting, starts with music and ocean sounds then won't connect

It says turkcell on my phone, but do I need to change a setting myself

Is your phone set to abroad:

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..

Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

Also, ensure you are dialling correctly - sometimes saved numbers have issues.

Manually dial, ensuring +44 prefix

I have checked my setting, also i request new setting yesterday but i didnt recieve. I am loosing my business.

I undestand it just advice superuser, but why sky cant help here in abroad ?

Sky mobile is for domestic use and not for business so you will not get no additional help due to this. When you are abroad you are at the mercy of whatever mobile network you are connected to and as such Sky have no control over that.
