You will have to contact Sky support about this as they might have to send you out another physical sim that you can then convert to an esim.
150 is the free number to use from another Sky Mobile if you have one or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
