A while back I got a handset which doesn't seem linked to my actual sky account even though when setting it up all the details were the exact same. I've tried to find the account details using the account number but it just says it cannot find an account with those details. I have previously phoned shout it but since I'm now being chased as if I didn't make that payment I'm wary of doing that again and would rather have something in writing. Is there a qay to sort this? It's only the one handset, the sims and other handsets all show up in my actual account. Can anyone advise?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
