Hi @surquhart35  have you checked your phone is compatible with USA networks as per this ?

Yes thanks. Also followed all other help on sky website, apn settings, resending signal etc. Data works receive incoming calls and texts but cant do outbound

Last thing I can think of @surquhart35 

 

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Change to Home

That needs to be set to Abroad.
