Cant activate sim card, now old sim card showing as emergency only

I received a new phone yesterday with a new sim 3GB package but wanted to keep my old number, so I transferred my data from my old phone to the new one to begin with. Then I removed my old sim from the old phone and inserted it into the new phone while putting the new one in my old phone to activate it. Since then I cannot activate my new sim as it keeps asking for a PAC number to activate the sim but I am already with sky. 
I now have 2 phones both showing "no sim" when switched on so I have no way of using any of my phones to make calls.🙄
any help would be appreciated.

Hi @IainF3  you can't port your number from one sky sim to another. The only way is to port your old number to another network on PAYG then port it back onto your new sim. If both sims are no longer working then you are going to have to use another phone to call sky or contact them using their social media channels below. If you put your old sim back in your phone is it not working ?
