Cant activate 2 new SIM Cards on existing account

Hi there,

 

I have 2 new SIM cards as part of a new deal with Sky mobile alongside my 2 existing ones.

However, I cannot activate the 2 new SIM's, the SIM cards are listed in My Sky account but have red ! marks underneath them.

 

Have tried 2 different browsers with the same issue.

If you have another phone in it that has a Sky sim in it then you will need to call for help with this and the free number to use is just 150.
