i Have had this sky mobile for about 2 years now. my problem is that i have received no bills via email or mail and my current mobile contract doesnt show up on my sky.
the only confirmation i have is the withdrawal by sky from my bank account every month.
what can i do to update this so i can easily view my mobile contract.

Do you still have an active account? If you download the Sky app can you sign in? Try calling Sky via 150 from a Sky phone or use the Contact Us option at the bottom of this page.
