i Have had this sky mobile for about 2 years now. my problem is that i have received no bills via email or mail and my current mobile contract doesnt show up on my sky.
the only confirmation i have is the withdrawal by sky from my bank account every month.
what can i do to update this so i can easily view my mobile contract.

If you download the Sky app can you sign in?
Try calling Sky via 150 from a Sky phone or use the Contact Us option at the bottom of this page.

Are you logged into the MySky app with the correct details as your bill should be viewable via it and online here:
