Cant access piggybank or check data plan

Whenever I go through the app or website link for the piggybank I am always referred to a section showing mobiles and tablets without taking me to the piggybank, the same happens when checking my products - I want to look at what options there are for changing my data plan and it does the same, takes me to the page showing mobiles and tablets and signs my account out.

Any help would be appreciated

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I am having the same problem. I want to roll some sky data from my piggybank but can't access it. Please can you help?

Also having same issues. Unable to access account. Takes me back to same page saying my sky is restricted. Any help would be appreciated

Hi, no one has got back to me yet regarding this issues. Please can someone get back to me or provide me with a number I can call. I am without data and it is affecting my work. Thanks
