Cannot send or receive calls on sky mobile

Apparently not related to yesterdays phone error.  I spoke to SKY CS earlier who advised how to reset my sky mobile.  They rang me and said it was fixed.  I cam home and tried to call out and does not work.  My husband has a sky hanset on my account and his phone is the same, how do I fix?  I cannot ring Customer services at sky as my phonw will not work!

I just had the same problem, I could not call out or receive calls. I turned my phone off and on and it seems to be working now but this has never happened before.

I signed on to sky to see if there was a wider problem and read your message. I hope you get it sorted soon!
