Cannot receive text messages that contain pictures

Transfered to sky 2 weeks ago now cannot receive text messages that contain pictures never had this problem before with either talk talk / o2 or ee won't be staying long if not sorted spent 40 minutes on phone to sky could not fix have now been escalated will see what happens. Not hopeful

Have you tried settings, messages, scroll down to mms messaging, toggle off, restart phone and toggle back on. If it's already off just toggle on and see if that works @Grahamlouis

Yes thanks very much that was spot on i contacted apple and thats what they told me to do , it seems transfering suppliers comes with unexpected problems ? but sorted
