Cannot receive calls or text messages since transferring my number to SKY from Giff Gaff
I am at the end of my teather, 3 sim cards later this is still not working. No one seems to be able to help me ? i am convinced the transfer has not been done properly. If you ring my phone it says you have dialled an incorrect number.
I really need to keep my number but i feel the only way to fix it is to get a new number ?
Since the number transfer have you checked to see if your phone itself is now showing the correct number ?

Hi I am not receiving any txt messages at all, I need these to be able to authorise transactions from bank, PayPal etc, I was on live chat it got cancelled, I called and got cut off, and even though they took my number, no one called back, I am considering leaving after 2 days as services is shocking!
You will need to try again and call Sky about this as it will need to be investigated by them.

Hi All
This is still not resolved, i have pleaded with SKY to email progress. On checking my emails NOTHING.
I intend to cancel that sim with sky and move it back to giff gaff. It appears they simply cannot fix it ? I am desperate ! its the run up to christmas and i need that number !
