I am at the end of my teather, 3 sim cards later this is still not working. No one seems to be able to help me ? i am convinced the transfer has not been done properly. If you ring my phone it says you have dialled an incorrect number.
I really need to keep my number but i feel the only way to fix it is to get a new number ?
Any advice appreciated.

Hi I am not receiving any txt messages at all, I need these to be able to authorise transactions from bank, PayPal etc, I was on live chat it got cancelled, I called and got cut off, and even though they took my number, no one called back, I am considering leaving after 2 days as services is shocking!

Hi All
This is still not resolved, i have pleaded with SKY to email progress. On checking my emails NOTHING.
I intend to cancel that sim with sky and move it back to giff gaff. It appears they simply cannot fix it ? I am desperate ! its the run up to christmas and i need that number !
