Cannot receive calls from EE after number port completed/

Hello All

 

Two numbers ported yesterday, and i waited all night thinking it was not done, as i was using my work mobile on EE, to test.

Tried this morning from the house landline, and all seemed to be ported.

Tried via O2, and again all worked.

Tried via Vodafone, and again all worked.

Tried via Three, and again all worked.

Tried from my work mobile (EE) again and just get a beep then disconnect, to both numbers ported to Sky?

 

Called Sky tech support, and awaiting a conclusion.

Went through all the troubleshooting with the young lady, to no avail. She has bounced this further up the technical support tree, and this is where i stand now.

 

This must be done to routing, as i tried a collegues handset on EE, and the same happens. This is not a device issue, but a network to network issue.

Hi 

 

Had enough of this. Need to call my daughter in an emergency, and could not do it because of this error.

 

Unacceptable!

 

moved to another network! Thanks for nothing Sky! No one called me!
