Hi there, when i try to make outgoing calls i hear a message that says "sorry we cannot this call - if you have a spend cap check you havent reached the limit etc"
ive called sky and there are no restrictions or spend caps on my account. Ive also reset my iphone and reset network settings, taken sim out and put back in and tried to call a variety of different numbers and always the same message. Please help me fix, its as if the line has been restricted and needs derestricting so please can someone help?

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

My daughter has been having the same issue since last Monday. Presently waiting to hear back from sky. Did it get resolved for you?
