I have been trying for 4 months to link my mobile account to mysky i,e, Surname, Postcode and 5 digits of bank account but I keep getting

Sorry, we are experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later.
I have phoned and was told it had been reported and to leave for a few days that was 6 weeks ago and I still cannot see my mobile account on mysky.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
