Im not sure what happened there are I alerted them to your post at 10.06pm.

im having this exact problem i signed up for a mobile contract today, got my email through asking me to sign my contract by connecting my mobile account to sky ID and get the error message everytime i try to connect it

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Apparently you didn't respond to the chat inviet that was sent to you back in June so if we alert Sky again for you will you be able to respond within 48 hours ?
