Tried at least 100 times to activate my sim but to no avail.  Try to get help and just a bot.  Try to call, they refer me to a bot.  What happened to human support?

 

Please can somebody help me to link my Sky ID and activate my new phone!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

Caesarome, please don't bother "escalating" it as I've decided to go with another provider,

A smaller company who managed to sort things in 5 minutes flat unlike sky mobile.

So to use the'buzz'phrase of every political party at the moment 'let's be clear' will I recommend sky to anyone, NO!

Your customer service is non existing and when you actually get to speak to an advisor you get sent around in circles, USELESS!

I'm having the exact same issue, doesn't matter what I try I can't link my mobile with my account, also I've just ordered my phone and it's not showing up in my tracking?

I can't link my sky ID with my mobile account....keep getting the whoops message. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Linking sky id is stressing me out

Ok so iv got sky glass just getting mobile now and it's not linking been told someone will send a link with alternative way to link but still waiting 4 days later

Getting these two messages about an old inactive account. Spoke to sky last week, technician issue on their side not mine. Still not had this issue resolved. Anyone else had the same?

Have you been a customer of Sky in the past as it might be that you have used your email address on a previous Sky ID which might be why you are seeing the message as per your first image. What happens when you press the unlink button, does it not work ?

I got married 11 years ago and i log in with my email address and password. Not sky id. This is just a recent issue in the last few weeks. Just can't seem to get past the error message.

I am getting the same error when trying to view my mobile information in my sky account
