I am also having the same issue.......again.  Why does the mobile account unlink itself from your main sky account. I can't manage anything to do with my mobile service.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I've also been trying for days to re-link my mobile account on the MySky app and having the same issue. Really had enough of these on going problems with Sky. Nothing on my account has changed yet I can't access mobile account so can't add data etc onto my phone.

Me too, cannot access anything on my mobile account...Sky are a total sham and it still remains unresolved

Yes I am the same person...Unsure as to why when I replied it asked me to create a user name??
