Cannot get sky connection on after return to U.K.

Just returned from Morocco and can not get connection to my sky network . Any help welcome.

If you've very recently returned from abroad try this...

 

Apple:

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.

 

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

Thank you how do I do that as it just says roaming and offers no other options
