Vodafone have refused to reconnect my mobile number and will not tell me why so thats why I have stopped my sky mobile payments
As you can see from by tv and broadband accounts there are no issues but I left my phone in Morocco last October 2023 which I receive back in Jan 2024 but vodafone have since refused to reconnecct me

It's not clear what you're trying to do but stopping payments may be an issue unless you've correctly cancelled/transferred your service.
If you are looking to move your number then you need a PAC code to give to a new supplier - assuming you are not within any minimum term with Sky.
