Cannot connect to claim my fitbit reward watch

Bought a new phone and now cannot get Sky to recognise my new sim to claim.

Hi @FrankWilliamson  i cant see any offers that give a free Fitbit, there is one for Samsung fit watch ? Is this it ?

Can you explain what this means?  Did you activate the SIM within a month?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
