Cannot click mange account - Sky Mobile

Subject: Urgent Help Needed – Sky Mobile SIM Not Working After iPhone Setup

Hi,


I really need some urgent help with my Sky Mobile account.
I received my new iPhone yesterday, and during the setup process, it seems to have erased or deactivated my existing Sky SIM card, which I’ve had for over three years. Since then, I haven’t been able to make calls, send texts, or use mobile data, only WiFi.
This is causing a huge problem.


I’m also unable to call Sky support (150) due to having no mobile service, and when I try to log in to my account online, it only shows phone deals, I can’t access any of my mobile account details, including my piggybank or usage info.

Hi @Customer5644  putting your old physical sim would not cancel it, if you activated a replacement esim then that would cancel the old sim. If you have no active sim then you will need to either find another phone to call sky or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them.

Did you eject the SIM card from the old phone and put it in the new one?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I kept the Sim from my old phone, but as soon as I inserted it into my new phone it seems to have cancelled the sim. I believe (from other community threads) the the phone came with an eSIM and this cancelled my original sim but sadly I cannot register the eSIM either because I cannot access my account, I just see a list of phone for sale instead

Yeah, sorry I didnt explain it well but that's what I did as this happened automatically during set up. I don't have another phone to ring off so I've tried social media.

 

every help forum I've been on seems to end in ring 150 or go on social media, so when I get the answer, I'll come back on here and I explain the answer so others know what to do
