Cannot add data from my piggybank

I am on holiday and not on wifi most of the day and I am about to run out. I have loads of data in my piggy bank but cannot access it to update my account as it says the system is updating - but this has been going on for hours. 
Can anybody tell me what could be happening at Sky?

Thete was a general fault with this earlier this morning that Sky have said should now be fixed,
