I have received my new phone and had arranged to trade in my old phone. Unfortunately my granddaughter dropped it and smashed the screen badly so I will not be doing the trade. How to I advise Sky on this matter. I have tried numerous times to get a contact number but to success

Thank you for your advice and I finally got to speak to someone when I rang 150 and got the problem solved.
