Cancelling order was told to refuse delivery
I ordered a phone from sky to pay over time and then found it much cheaper so wanted to cancel. Was told because I'd signed the agreement the order had processed and I'd have to refuse delivery in order to cancel. Is this right?

You can refuse delivery then it will be returned to Sky, they might have told you this if it is on it's way to DPD.
