Cancelling my sim on laptop
I purchased a laptop which came with a sim that you had to have for 12 months , how do I remove the sim so my payment goes down

If you didn't activate the sim then you will not be charged for it so it will be automatically cancelled, otherwise if you did activate it you will have to call Sky to see if they will cancel it for you as they might insist you see the 12 month contract out.
